<p>Even the pictures on our main website are a bit, well&#8230;., flat!  So to inject a bit of frivolity into the proceedings I have tracked down a KLF video &#8220;Doctorin&#8217; the Tardis&#8221; from 1988 on video.google.com and include it here as the car &#8220;23&#8243; has one of our E Series beacons on its roof!</p>
